Plans run from $17 to $57 per user a month at list price, with at least 5 users on every plan.
The books stay somewhere else
Scoro is clear that your accounting software stays the books. It syncs with Xero, QuickBooks and others.
Invoicing depends on the plan
Invoicing uses Scoro’s Invoice app, which isn’t part of the Projects & Resources plan.
Contractors are paid elsewhere
Scoro doesn’t pay contractors, so payouts run through payroll, your bank or another tool.

Moving from Scoro
The import wizard reads the CSV files Scoro exports. Nothing is written to your books until you’ve reviewed a dry run.
Export from Scoro
From any Scoro list view, choose Export displayed columns with a comma separator. Export clients, time, invoices and expenses.
Upload and check
Upload up to ten files at once. CherryWorks Pro works out what each file holds from its header row and checks every file for problems before you go further.
Review, then import
Choose what to bring across and the date ranges, review the dry run, then run the import. An admin can roll back a completed import, which removes the records it created.
What comes across from Scoro: clients, time entries, invoices and their payments, and past contractor payments from an expense export. Projects are created from your time entries.
The import wizard is on Professional and Business. The 14-day trial runs on Professional, so you can import your own data and send a real invoice before you’re charged.
